i just bought an ultracross rear shock off ebay and it was supossed to be for a 400ex. i'm just wondering if anyone else has this shock and if you have pics of it mounted. i just need an idea where to put my rezzie so that i can adjust it relitivly easy.

If it didn't come with the rubber mounts and the hose clamps then I recommend calling someone like The Quad Shop and getting them. I wouldn't just clamp that reservoir to my frame.

Your mounting location will depend on how much line they gave you. I was at the races at Budds Creek about a month ago. I was surprised how many guys had lines that were about 2 feet long and mounted the rear shock reservoir up front.

thanks for the tip. i am probably going to send it in to works anyways. the line is way too short for my application.
