Are you talking about the new 400ranchers? Because my 350 is no faster at all than the foremens I ride with and I ride with four of them. They can leave me on takeoff pretty easily and If they hold it wide open and I hold mine wide open I can gain no ground. I left first one day on a paved road and my brother caugh up with me and couldn't pass me but he could stay right behind me and later I asked him how fast we were going and he said 52mph was the fastest we could get.

The price on the Foreman was $5300. before tax or anything. Retail is $6199. How much do you think a 450 Foreman should sell for?

I have seen the 450 foreman out accelorate the rancher time and time again with riders close to the same weight also. They are all good bikes (honda that is), my friend bought an 02 450 and his brother has a rancher, they both topped out around the same speed, I think the 450 has hit 54mph down hill before, the rancher is an S model so it has no speedo to show top speed but on flat ground they both top out around 50. My friend got the 450 for $5300 with a 4 year warrenty last summer and has over 1000 miles with no problems. It will be hard to get the rancher AT below msrp cause they are always very proud of the models for six months or so. If you are willing to spend an extra $500-700 depending on the dealer ofcoarse the rubicon is well worth looking into I have almost 3700 miles on mine in almost two years, the only place the 450 has an advantage that we have found is that it has two wheel drive option, but you can make the rubi cut some donuts too, and I bet it will plow the snow good also.
