My sons got a 93 300 ex, one of his friends was riding it, and as he landed off a jump it locked up, some how or another reverse is engages, the selector makes no difference whatsoever, its now stuck in reverse. HHEEELLLPPPP!!! I so DO NOT WANT TOO SPLIT THE CASES!! But I'm pretty sure thats where I'm headed. Any hints??

 

Try taking off the right hand sidecover,(clutch cover). Inthere is the shift star you might see a problem in there. Good luck!
