Exactly, if you want something BETTER than a 86-89 250R EVER was call Service Honda. Better yet, go to Hammond, Indiana [just outside of Chicago] and pick it up tax free. [If you are not a resident of Indiana]
Or go buy a YFZ450 or...
Wait till September and find out when the aluminum framed 450 will be available. A certain chasis maker in Phoenix already is gearing up for chasis component construction. Seems they get the specs for R&D before the quads actually come out. Hhmmmmm, isn't that convienent.
Keep up the pressure Honda faithful, marketing feedback is what drives future products.
I can't wait to get a YZF450 and a new Honda 450 whenever it gets here.

Not to invade your forum but by the time honda comes outwith a new quad, Suz, Kaw, Polaris, Bomb, and Yam will have come out with newer quads which will mean that honda is behind again.

Hoss,
None of the other companies you listed have a 450cc mx engine. Suzuki and Kawasaki will be hard pressed to introduce their 450 mx bikes by fall let alone a quad. Honda's will be out for next race season, the Honda reps are unofficially telling the dealers here in Phoenix that it will be announced at least by september. I just hope it get's here by Jan. 1. Still gonna buy a YFZ450 for Oct, Nov, Dec duning.
