I flipped my 300ex and cracked the frame. The frame is cracked by the battery. I was wondering if there was some way to cut off the back part of the frame and put on a 400ex sub frame with the right tools? It looks like it could be done but i dont want to spend money on parts and waste my time if it doesnt work. Just wondering if anyone has ever tried this or if they have seen it done. Thanks.

 

Trial and error I guess, I have never heard of a 400EX subframe fitting onto a 300EX.
