75 or 80 on what? I hope you are not reffering to a 300ex. I have one and there is no way its gonna go 80 unless i bored and stroked it to a 350 then had about $1000 sunk into the head and intake. Then if i geared it tall enough it just might pull 80. So unless you dropped $2000 plus into you're 300ex its not going to go near 80.
