Back again and with another ?. I know a 300ex can be cheap at some times but are a realiable atv but I like a lot of power to it of coarse I can mod it up with stuff. But would gettin a 300ex be a waste instead of trying to get a 400ex? I HAVE A BUDGET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE HELP

i used to have a 300ex, it was a nice machine but it was 2 slow, and i had it when i was 12, i rode a 400ex they are too slow also, so i got a rappy, cant complain now

 

just go out a buy a 400ex, you will not regret it. better to be safe than sorry.

 

If you feel you need or would really like to have reverse, let that be your deciding factor and get the 300ex. But if you don't need it, or can do without, you'll probably be happier with the 400ex. You'd be spending a pretty good amount of money to get the 300ex to perform like a 400, in power and handling. Hunt around, and you'll be able to find a nice clean used 400ex for not a whole lot more than most 300ex's.
