looking @ the following pipes...all slip-ons (not enough cash 4 anything else)

White Bros. E-Seies Pro Meg Aluminum Silencer $251

anyone have a suggestion for one of these or know HP gains? any help appreciated, plz don't get off topic, ty [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

It may sound stange to mix systems, but i run the WB E-series head pipe with the T4 slip on. Reason: one i have a friend with the complete WB system and i felt that mine had as much power as his with just my T4 slip on. We were both jetted the same and running the same filters. I got the e series head pipe recently and now i really pull on his bike. I was going to get hte T4 head but since the both of them are almost exactly the same in diameter i opted to go for the cheaper ($118 from rockymountainatv). Very happy with the setup. I'm guessing my set up might make 1-2 more horsepower than the complete WB exhaust. I think the T4 just performs better. Don't qoute me on the HP numbers though, i have no access to a dyno. Just drags on the pavement.

 

so if i only get a slip-on, which one should i get?? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] the T4??

 

I'd prefer the T4 over the WB, but i can't speak about the others listed since i have not seen them on a 300ex around here yet.

i know the WB pro meg increases 7 hp i am not sure about the other ones
