i read a post a few minutes ago that stated that a stock 300ex was quite restricted. i was wondering in what sense is the word "restricted" used? airflow wise or other? and what are some good things to do to unrestrict it, i have an 02 if that makes alot of differance.

 

The airbox is pretty restrictive and the exhaust doesn't flow enough. First thing to do is either remove the airbox lid or add vents to it. Any exhaust will flow alot more than stock to help put out a couple more HP. Just stay away from DG and cobra products, I've heard that they are of cheap quality, loud, and don't add much power.
