That is camber I believe and if you don't have adjustable upper A-arms you won't be able to cure the problem. Ask the guys at TBR products(preferred vendor at the vendors forums) to be sure. I've not heard of this condition when swapping 250r for 400ex spindles, but you may either need to find some 250r spindles, or some adjustable upper a-arms.

No, I wouldn't advise trying to adjust it through the ball joints, usually aftermarket a-arms have adjustable heim joints located at the point where the arm meets the frame, if they are stock arms they cant be adjustable. The problem lies with the length of the upper arms. I believe the uppers on the 250 were longer than those on the 400 so in designing the spindle they made up the difference there. So where on the 400, the spindle is @ vertical, the 250's added length causes the upper location to be pushed further out causing the wheel to angle out. I'm no professional though, If others don't offer help ask the guys at TBR, They have the answers

Default HELP EXCESSIVE CAMBER/CASTER!!!

ok i was able to adjust it about 1/2" in but its still not enough, its rideable now though. I asked TBR and they told me that i need aftermarket a-arms for them to work, but i talked to someone else and they told me that they should work with stockers??? if i bend the spindles in alittle will it make them weaker?

bending aluminum causes them to lose their structure. Do not bend them

Default HELP EXCESSIVE CAMBER/CASTER!!!

if i turn them upside down the tie rods wont fit. I noticed that the 400ex also uses a seperate bracket to mount the calipers, if i put the 400ex bracket on mine will the caliper fit on the disk correctly? Im using it without the front brakes right now cause all i do around here is freestyle but i have a race in 2weeks so im gonna need the front brakes, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thnx~
