My wife loves her 300ex, and keeps up with my Predator in the woods (gets lost on the roads, though). But she STILL wants a 400ex simply for the additional power. As for reverse, if you don't have it, you learn to live without it. Of these two, I'd chose the 400ex.

 

u should puchase a 400ex because u might not like not having reverse at first but u soon get used 2 it

 

I think I would push it backwards for the extra power!
