What would your ultimate quad be?

about 500cc, 4wd, just slightly larger then a normal 110, but with less weight. Good gas milage and a fairly big tank are wants to.
It should float with me and a little gear so I can take it fishing. (I don't mind getting my legs wet and slow speeds in water is fine so long as It can get upstream and is safe in water)
Price this all at about $2,500 and I'm sold on it.
I like throwing my bikes around underme, and the heavy ones you see in the 500 class aren't as much fun. I sometimes want to haul a trailer, or plow snow so the big engine is needed though not always.
In other words I really need several quads to fill my needs, but like everyone money is a limit and so I can't have it all.

I need about 50 hp to be suffciently happy.
So I'll need a High Performance 4 stroke, similar to the yamaha 426. I need a manual tranny with about six forward gears and reverse. Gotta have great grunt and lots of mid range power, not to mention a top end screamer.
I need four wheel drive that is selectable on/off and an automatic setting for those time when the rider is to busy to select the right choice.
Gotta have about 11" of suspension travel up front and 13" in the rear. Need to feel well balanced in the air.
Maybe removable racks when I need to load out a large dead game animal. Airbag assists would automatically take are of the weight change.
Big enough for two people in the event that someone else's lesser quad breaks down and they need a ride.
Punture proof tires.
A trailer hitch.
Winch.
Built-in headset two way radio.
Teflon coated full skid plates.
Twin headlights that light up the night.
Electric start with kick back-up.
About 10 gallons of fuel.
Gps built in.(I don't like being lost)
Remote start for those frigid hunting/camping mornings a quad is a pain to start.
The set up should run about $6500 new with a life time full warranty.
Most importantly the quad should weigh about 380 lbs.
When will production start on that one, Honda?
