i have a 99 300ex with a supertrapp exhaust i am having trouble with the discs coming loose can anyone help me?

You might try removing eack screw & slipping on the proper split lock washer. That should prevent loosening yet allowing you to remove them if necessary. I've had a Supertrapp on one of my quads for 1 1/2 years & never had that problem
