Pls help with value of 99 fourtrax 300 (2WD) in SC. I have opportunity to purcharse one in excellent condition (basically brand new - REALLY) for $2500.00 . Best I can tell, going rate is 3000 - 3200. Best I can tell from what I read is that this is a very reliable machine.

Any advise appreciated!!

 

it all really just depends on how the machine is at this time... what all its been through and if it has any mods.. take a close look at the engine, start it up see if it smokes, looka t the welds on the frame, a arms, swingarm etc for signs of stress or cracks... it all really jsut depends
