What are some good performance parts to make my ex go faster?

Better suspension will allow you to ride faster. If you're looking for the quad itself to go faster, with more power, look into a higher compression piston, a more aggressive cam, and a slip on pipe.


You are looking at quite a bit more money for the suspension. You can get a higher comp piston for around $130, and a cam for about $150. A slip on will run anywhere from $150-$300.

 

my friend has an ex with a pipe, K&N w/no lid, and he just put a cam in it.
The cam makes it pull a lot better through the gears, it keeps reving now instead of leveling off.
The cam wont do as much good without leting the engine breath.

 

Pipe, Air Filter (take lid off or drill holes), and rejet the carb. Then start saving up for a new quad or some major engine work.
