So you have more than 1 exhaust port, and how many cylinders does it have, and you say it runs just like you pulled it off the showroom floor, did it have the cr engine in it at the dealer. Lets talk about facts. My 02 runs great and is stock, no complaints cept for that pesky cold blooded thing.

I've got a '96 - they're all basically the same (save for bold new graphics)until the '06 model. Even then the big changes are the electric start and floorboards, the basic mechanicals remain the same.

Great, reliable bike. A little hard to start with the pull start and pretty cold blooded - takes a lot of playing with the choke for the first five minutes or so, after tah it's no problem. Ours is on it's third kid and still going strong. It goes where our full size 4x4's go, only getting stuck if it gets high centered. Drum brakes are so-so, as they are not sealed very well. 4-speed auto shift is nice to teach bigger ATV skills, as are the separate hand/foot brakes.

I wonder if the new (06) plastics would fit the older models??
