Which one pred, yzf450, or wait for honda

I would wait for the Honda. It looks like it will be released before the show in September. If they do wait for the show it will be at the dealers 1-2 weeks after. Yes I know for sure! No I won't tell you how!
man i hope it does come out soon so it will put to rest all the BS that people shoot off about honda.
but in answer to the question- wait for honda. its only a month off now. If they just happen to not release it in a month, then get a yfz450- its a great machine and probably yamaha's best work ever.
DezRacer- you cant say anything? at all? my source tells me september.... i havent heard of them moving the date up.

You're so close to the Sept. release date of the Honda. (If Honda does release something) You could see what Honda has to offer and you might not even like it. If Honda doesn't release anything then say 5crew them and buy something else. Between the Yamaha and Polaris, I'd go with the Yamaha if I wanted to spend the $. My question to Honda isn't what or when but how much? What's it going to cost?
There have so many people acting like they have info on the new Honda sport. It's not enough to say that you know something but you can't say anything. These comments are like dust in the wind.
Either give evidence or you won't be taken serious.
I doubt that anything new from Honda would be out in two weeks. It takes Honda months to release a price. Probably a year before it's out.

I would go for the YFZ, well actually I did go for the YFZ. Waiting for Honda is like waiting for the sky to fall. Plus the YFZ motor is a far superior motor compaired to the CRF. JMO

The pred is a step above the z and ex but its not up with a the yfz in handling. i dont care about drag racing. it means nothing on a track (and thats what i do) the yfz and cannondale are race quads and the pred, z and ex are sport quads

The CRF450 does not have frame issues, no aluminum frame honda bike has frame any issues. They are the strongest dirtbike frame out of the factory, they have very few welds and are very stiff and strong. They only complaint about the frame is that they are too rigid and rugged if you are not used to riding them. For the CRF450 powerplant, I know 6 people who own these bikes and have never had any component failure. 3 of these people race, the only thing they complain about is the fact that the CRF eats up tires in no time. This is the first I have ever heard of anyone complaining about problems with the bike.
