What Honda can hold it's own against the Polaris Scrambler 4X4?

Yeah Maybe. I'M kinda sorry, but it's always the same thing when somebody is new on the forum and ask about a quad ; The guy tell that the quad is ugly and sucks to death. No objectives comments, never. Only really really bad opinions. IT's easy to answer a question.
"What do you think about a 300EX" It sucks. REally good answer Really encouraging somebody to buy one

I would not personnaly get an automatic ATV, but if it's the right atv for this guy, it's ok. he needs it for fun and to work. It's perfectly suited for him so he just want to know if the scrambler is good, not if we would like it

Ok here we go let me lay it out for all you idiots in here that do not know this already:
Numero Uno: There will always be a faster, cooler, sportier, nicer, whatever quad.Nobody really cares
what you think is cool. And as for the fastest it all depends on what type of riding you
are talking about and what mods they have for instance the guy might have the fastest
quad in the world but if we are on sand and i have sand tires it will be no comparison.
Read this grow up and get along just because you don't like someones opinion does not mean you have to hate them. Show some respect right now atv's need all the riders we can get so that we don't have anymore parks closing because before long there will not be anywhere to ride.
You guys should go check out www.sportbikes.com and see how those guys treat each other. They might say some things but in there they are all joking around. We need some moderators to step up and put this forum in line.

NYC - It all depends on your use for the machine. If you plan on riding double then a scrambler might not be the best option. There are lots or great bikes out there and varying types of auto trannies. I went riding with 2 rubicons this weekend and one of them had a warn 2X4 kit and it worked excellent. You get auto or pushbutton shift. Any monkey can drive one of the new quads so don't worry too much.
If you want 4X4 and lots of sport but very little utility then the Scrambler may be the way to go. If you want to plow your yard and tow stuff around the you might think of something with more utility. Personally, I think the 2X4 shift capabilities make a Quad fun and I would never own one without it. Most of the bigger machines will do 90KPH or 50MPH and trust me, that is all you need and if you trail ride you will never have it that fast anyway. My sport quad barely ever sees 4th or 5th. Decide on what you want it for and make the best compromise. There is a quad for just about every purpose now.
