Thanks. All said and done, including the ATC that I had to buy, I've probably got about $6,500 and a lot of time invested in it. It wasn't too bad because I bought the stuff when the money was there, so it was kinda like just making a monthly payment. The end result makes it very easy to see why this quad has been on top for so long. I am very enterested in the new yamaha and the new honda coming up, though. I truly hope they will out perform the R. This is the only way our sport will grow. Even if they are the hottest things out there, I think I'll still keep my R for quite a while. I hope to have it 10 to 20 years from now so that I can see the faces on the young punks when I spank them on a quad from the late '80's! Ha! Wouldn't that be GREAT!

I set it by the road and the trash man got it. Just kidding. I sold what was left, which was VERY little, to a local shop for $75. I was happy. One thing I really miss about the three wheeler form is drag racing. I road it out at the sand dunes of armagosa in Nevada and I was doing some serious spankin' with that thing when drag racing up the dunes. A lot lighter plus the front tire probably only has about 30lbs of wieght on it when sitting on flat ground, much less when going ***** out up a steep sand dune, so there was really only two tires that had to push sand. It was a rocket! If I only road the dunes and wasn't conserned with jumping, I'd be talking about a tricked out ATC right now.
