My hunting buddy had a cyclone and my 300 would eat it up so bad it wasn't evevn funny so I know that blaster wouldn't have a problem.

 

the cyclone is a 80's sport quad made by polaris. if i wasnt mistaken wasnt it the first polaris 4 wheeler ?

 

Trailblazerguy250, Polaris's first 4-wheeler was the 1985 Trailboss 250. I think the cyclone came out in 86 or 87. The cyclone basically had a hopped up version of the Trailboss's engine. From what I've heard the cyclone was about as fast as all of the 250's from the late 80's.

 

The Cyclone used a hopped up 250 Trail Boss motor, The frame was equipped with dual rear shocks that were mounted side by side where the mono shock goes. It was not competitive with the 250R and Quadracer but aimed at the sport quad market. It still used the moronic single brake lever and was heavy. Basically it was just a Trail Boss that was stripped down, had white plastic, different clutching and porting. I would imagine that a new Trail Blazer would be faster. A Blaster would eat it up. Top speed might be close.
