Are there any manual adjusters on these drums, like on a car? it may be possible to back off the tension on the shoes to clear the drum, after a few years of use, you may have a lip on the drum bell, and the shoe is catching on it. The back brake should have an external adjuster on a threaded bar to loosen it up, but you will still need a couple of big screwdrivers, one on each side, to pry on the drum, rocking it back and forth until you get is loose. They can really get seized on, and be a bear to get loose, so keep at it, and don't go hog wild and break a chunk off !!!!
