The 88 89's are better that's why they are getting about $1200 more around this area. It must suck having the red headed step child of the family.

hmm i read somewhere that the 86 was the strongest but wasnt sure...

The '86 is stronger. Look at the front motor mounts. The later years were lightened thus not as strong.

All are good frames though.
