I just got the October issue of Dirt Wheels and it had the '04 Honda models but it didn't say jack about the new Honda 450. Does anyone know for sure that they are gonna release it and when?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

its not gonna be in the 04 lineup...look at the website...itll probly be in the 05 lineup like released in april or as late as july next year

It does NOT come out September 10th, they plan to unveil it to the dealers on september 10th! Did Honda come out and say it's being released on the 10th? NO! This is how rumors spread.

 

hes right. A lot of you guys need to read the facts rather then just spreading what you heard people say on this site. Honda does not plan to put the bike out on september 10th. Dont you think if the bike was coming out next week they would be advertising it with commercials and such so that people would wait to buy it?

I am assuming that the bike will be out for the 2005 lineup early next summer.

 

Raptorjay for working out here at my local dealership i would think you wouldnt post something like "they have got to have something to pass on the track" I would be suprised if honda's bike is that much better if it is even equal to the yfz.

 

Yeah, it could come out with the 05 model line for all that we know right now. Honda has not ofically released a date for it, so until Honda makes an announcement anything you hear is a rumor, plain and simple.

yes, very true. These yami guys are just afraid of hondas potential. When the honda comes out it will be close, but the honda will have the edge over the yamaha, just like the crf bike. Come on yamaha, take your best shot!

By the way, i do like the yfz450, BUT i don't think it will be better than the honda. we'll see september tenth.

Personal opininion, i don't wanna hear an arguement.
