2004 Rubicon differences

Are there any differences between the 2003 and 2004 Rubicon's? My buddy is thinking of getting one and not sure if should get 2003 or 2004.

2004 Rubicon differences

Just the rims are different.Thay are the same as the Rincon.

2004 Rubicon differences

Optional GPScape, brake-lights, and the 2004 Rubicon has the wheels from the Rincon.
