My 03 rincon compleatly stock with 300 miles on it has never had enough power to wheeley. Bottom end seriously bogs. I have taken it to my dealer to have my valves adjusted and carb tuned but still not nearly enough power.

Those bigger tires will steal a lot of power... I had them on my Kodiak and I won't put them on another machine.. They look cool, but that's it.

Try to rejet. I have heard this a lot and I have also heard the exact opposite. I have pulled some quads out of some very heavy mud and I had no problems getting the wheels to spin and successfully pull them out. I am running a totally stock machine too. I did notice after the first valve adjustment my top end speed go down about 5 MPH. I am going to start playing with the jets and double check the valve clearance to make some my dealer didn't screw it up. I have also heard Honda detunes the motors some for legal purposes but I doubt it.

I also have not been able to get my Rincon to pull wheelies. It will stand up with a little help from a small rut or dip with no problem. But not from a stand still position. I have since also added the Warn 2500 so I know it wont pull now but will still do it with assistance. Have a little dip in the yard and I wheelie off it all day LOL.

I just ordered the K&N Power Kit from Highlifter.com. This kit contains a K&N airfilter and larger replacement jet(s). After I install the parts I will let you know if I notice any power increase (maybe wheelies, I too can only pull wheelies with the assistance of a small bump or rut.) Currently, I have a UNI filter installed and I hear the K&N filter has more airflow.

One more thing, highlifter.com is the only vendor I found that offers this K&N Power Kit for the Rincon. The K&N website does not list a power kit for the Rincon. Highlifter.com claims they received K&N's permission the package this kit under K&N...we will see, it is on the way.
