Squeaky front shocks on 450 es

I have the same problem and like you I have tried to oil them with no luck. This week I am going to take the front shocks off and grease the upper and lower bushings to see if that works. I believe the squeek is coming from the rubber shock bushing, so I'll try this first and see if it works.

man am i glad to hear that i am not the only one with this problem. i sprayed white lithuim grease inbetween the shock and plastic and tried to fill the shock with it . it is working better now. it was so bad that my wife could hear it on here bike while we were trail riding in the woods.

I had a sqeak on my rancher front shocks also. I tried wd-40 and silicone spray nothing worked. I pulled the lower bolt that attaches the shock and put grease on the bolt then reinstalled. That was my squeak but the spray oils just couldn't get in there. While I was at it, I pulled the other bolts there and greased all of them also.
