Juice does it take to run a winch? My buddy wants to put a winch on his 300ex!!

Well if you go to www.warn.com they give the Motor Current for each size winch. For a A2000 warn winch it takes:

Line Pull (lbs) Motor Current (Amps)

500 43
1000 70
1500 102
