Yamaha4ever, you're right. my 250R with all those mods was way too cheap. just about all the parts I had listed would cost considerably more than that. that was stupid of me.

the YFZ is a great machine. But it will never replace a well modified 250R. put the same mods in the YFZ and the YFZ will win. but then you've spent almost twice as much money.

of course, I'm biased. YFZs cost around 10,000 Canadian after tax and everything. my quad has like 4Gs ($2666 US) in it and it's got Elka suspension, a basically good-as-new '89 RM250 engine plus the mods in my signature. bring on the YFZs will their air box lid off and their fancy pipes.

 

I just wanted to put my word in and say that therushnkid and IKNOWMORE are 2 pretty stupid mothers. Next time you guys want to argue about something, make sure you got the right info and know what you are talking about.
