Default Gearless Locker

Was thinking about installing a gearless locker from high lifter on my rubicon. Would like to know how this would effect the steering and if it is worth the money?

Default Gearless Locker

a 4 x4 disconnect is a must have on the rubicon, if you ever ride tecnical trails where there is lots of sharp turn, or if you ride on hard surface.
the reason being..... a full time 4x4 will always wants to go straigt forward because all wheels are driven all the time at a same revolution, when you are turning , your front wheels will want to turn different amount of revolution. on a rubicon there is a limited slip differential on the front end so you will have fight with your streeing each time you are turning , except in soft sand.

it will make a big difference in steering turning effort, i hardly use my rubi in 4x4 any more.
I am not familier with the gearless locker and how it is setup.
I use the warn 424 , with it ...you pull a ****/ button , which is attached to a cable which engage or disengages the front drive shaft , so you got 2x4 or 4x4 drive.
In my oppinion it is a must have on a rubicon.

do a search for "warn 424" in this forum there is lots of info
