I guess the swing arm bearings are gunna have to wait at least till i get a new bolt. The bolt is still stuck, but i rounded over the end
I wondr if riding without the nut will help it come loose? lol..... anyway, im just looking for tips on driving out the old bolt once i get the new one

Dude you could be in for a lot of trouble. I have seen pictures where people have had to cut the swingarm or have bent the frame because of that bolt. Good luck with yours.

it might come loose with u riding it but i wouldnt recommend it, with the luck your having u might end up bending the swingarm or frame or something. Get some really good vise grips and give the rounded end hell!

Ok guys I dont have much of a clue of what this bolt looks like
I assume there is a bolt that goes all the way through the swing arm and frame with a hex head on one end and a nut on the other
Now that you have rounded it off there's no need in trying to save the bolt any more right?
So take a ziz wheel or die grinder what ever you want to call it and cut the nut end off and take a hammer and long punch and knock it out this would probably only take about 5 mins all total if you have the tools handy and then just order another nut and bolt.
If the bolt set up is not how I picture it being then I dont know what to tell you. This is how I have fixed this kinda thing in the past.
Hope that helped

Get a drill bit smaller than the bolt shaft. Drill in from the out side of the bolt about one inch. On the threaded side and the bolt head side. Then use a bit the same size as the bolt shaft. Then you can pull the swing arm out of the quad and press it out in a shop press.

use a grinder and grind the head of the bolt,so you can get a good bite with a pair of visegrips then put some heat to the nut,get it glowing hot and it should come off easy..
