just to let you know if you put a grease zerk in one end and weld or put a set screw in the other and drill 3 very small holes where the pivots go you won't have this problem any more just give it a shot when you change oil

My LT250R had the same problem. I had to heat the whole thing up and beat the hell out of it with a 5lb hammer. Took almost 45 min of straight beating. Then I had to use a die grinder to cut the old bushing out. Not fun.

OMG.... LOL same problem i had... i took my stock 400ex swingarm off and put about 40 hours into it of hard work polishing. When i took it out... the alumien must of expanded... i called my buddy over to help me because he know alot about quads... he just bang the it out of it to get it out. I was like ok work for me... but he used one of my center punches and destoried the threads.. After all the work trying to get everything line up right for reassembly after many curse words. i finally got the bolt threw everything. At this point im pissed as hell because everytime i put it together i forgot somthing so now i get the nutt.. my dad is a bolt \ fastner salemen.. so i try putting it on.. im like look at thease threads... so i told em to retap the threads... couldn't find a tap big enough ending up grindin of 3 sets of theards and cutting new ones with a dremel... it was fun times.... the one yet ithink was the oversize oil tank... o man that was FUN!

Mine seemed stuck, so I sprayed wd40 at any joint or opening I could find. I let it sit for a bit then hammered on it. Then I was able to turn the bolt with a socket and breaker bar. After that I beat on it for another 20 minutes with a flat punch and a 5lb sledge. It saw it my way. Best of all, it wasnt damaged so I was able to clean it up and it it went back in.
