my son has an 01 250EX. Lately when you put it in gear it creeps forward. I tried adjusting the play at the front of the case, when it gets to the point of not creeping , it doesnt move at all. Any ideas as to the problem? Thanks.

 

Try changing to a differnt oil. It must say JASO on the bottle. The adjustment is for the clutch pack. The centrifugal clutch wher your problem is.

 

we're using the same oil as always. Is there any adjustment to the centrfugal clutch or is it a replace only?
