Question on the TRX250EX

Hey guys, think about the '03/'04 250 sportrax as a second quad. Does it have an adjustable throttle stop/ limiter for new riders ?

ONLY YAMAHA DOES THE THROTTLE LIMITER THING, CUS THE 250EX IS SO SLOW ON TAKE OFF THAT U DONT NEED ONE, IT HAS REASONABLE SPEED.

the honda 90 has a rev limiter, and speed limiter, all little quads have them,, anything below 160 cc has it i believe
