clear radiator hose cool!

HI,

Does any one know if those clear radiator hoses are safe . I saw the same product at home depot and it was only rated to 175* so is this safe or is there another type ?

I've seen the ones on rockymountain and alba and i would go for those or something made for higher temps.

Are you sure what you saw at Home Depot was actually a radiator hose??
