hey, i was out riding the other day, and AS I was decelorating, my atv backfired, and blew open the bottom of the muffler.

what is the best way to resolve this problem

1) weld the pipe back together

2) buy a new pipe for it (what is the cheapest pipe that still keeps a relitively low sound level
