my 2000 foremen wont shift .after a dead battery i tried jumping it but i put the cabels on backwerd and now wont shift out of neutrul changed batter and fuses that fried <electric shiftText

 

did u try to use the manual lever that sould be in the glove box.

 

hmm I have a 98 Foreman Es, and I had problems with Electric Shift too . .

You said you've changed the Fuses, but there is a fuse outside of the Fuse Box, did you checked that one!? .. 'Cause on the 98
model, this fuse is for the ES . .

Are you getting any codes on the display?

 

do you know that there is 3 fuses for the electic shift on those and if all fuses test good (remeber that not all fuses are in the fuse box) there is all so a relay back by the battery too that's what turns power on to the electric shift circuts
