If you put a skid on your Foreman 450, did you remove the factory skid or leave it under the new skid?

I removed the front Aluminum and the bottom steel plates and used the factory mounts to install the new skid plate

I left the stock skid plate on and put a skid plate on over top that that ran from the front to rear. I made the skid plate out of 1/4" polyboard. It is a little flexable and is tough as hell. I ran it all summer and it still is holding together. I bought a whole sheet so if it comes apart, I can quickly make another one and bolt it on.
