my buddy's bushings have gone out on his 400ex's swingarm and he can't get the bolt out that holds the swingarm to the rest of the quad. how do we do this. any help would be appreciated. we want to ride tomorrow. thanks.

You might have to tack weld a socket on the swing arm bolt. I had the same problem and this is what I did. I would also purchase a swing arm bolt that has a grease zerk in it that way you can keep it greased and should not have this problem again. Hope this helps.

after i looked at it, i think the bolt is slightly bent and is binding inside of one of the steel spacer sleeves that seperates the swingarm from the frame. looks like a big problem.
