my blaster would still leave both the 250's way behind. and at least it's a manual clutch six speed that doesn't have a utility inspired motor/frame. It might be small but it isn't much smaller than the quickest accelerating quad on the market, the yfz450.

 

The Blaster is a cool little quad. It would be great if it had some more ground clearance.

 

the only bad thing about the blaster is that it is a two stroke you have to rebuild the thing over every 2 years that costs money

 

who ever thinks a 250ex will beat a z400 is on weed. but i do agree that the 250ex is faster not by much but i have raceed az250 and i won.

who cares about 2mph difference? besides, honda is better because of reliability, ease of getting parts, looks, and more things i can't think of. I have never liked suzuki's quads all they do is copy everyone else.

My friend owns a Z250 (stock) and I own a stock 250 ex my 250ex clocked in at about 53mph however my friends Z250 clocked in a 49 in the trails the ex domiantes! In the sand the Z250 is a choice
The Z250 was aimed for more timid riders

 

 

Well Atv Action Said the same thing along with many other places The 250ex is definatly a better machine

 

250ex outruns a Z by far and a Hooked up 250ex and a hooked up z 250 dont even match. The hooked up 250ex inailates a blaster and beats a banshee and a 250r
