400ex baffles

Default 400ex baffles

does it hrut if you take the baffles out of a 03 ex wth about 35 hours on it an it hurt it

I drove a 400ex, I love it.

Default 400ex baffles

you will be fine. many say that you will burn your valves up by not having enough back pressure. well, the stock pipe with the baffle out will have more back pressure than most aftermarket pipes. i did it for over a year without any problems. i did rejet though. it also doesn't sound very good.

Did you notice any power increase by doing it?

no i didn't notice a power gain but it wont hurt my engine even though it's almost new

sorry, didn't notice any power increase and i didn't like the sound of it.

its really not worth it, you get maybe a 1-3 hp power gain
