When I first got my 300ex it was stock and still is and i raced a kx80 and lost at the end but i dont know what mods were on the dudes bike

 

hello, my friend has a z400 and he almost got beat by a kx125 but he did win but not by more then 1 quad length

 

One of my freinds have a 98 kx 125 and he beet my other freinds rappy while racing down a highway.

 

ya my cuzin has a cr80 and i use to ride it all the time, but when my kx was running it seeme like the 80 had a lot more top end. that bike will stand up every time you hit the power band nomatter what gear your in. but my kx still had more low and mid range torque, i would smoke him off the line but he would catch up pretty quik, he smoked both of those guys. all i know about his bike is it has been bored and it still has the stock pipe.

 

i thinka modded 300ex like mine could take a 80 but not a 125. my friend down the street has a kx100 with pipe bored to 110 and hinson clutch and a kx80 little wheel bored to 105 ith pipe v force reedsand clutch. i dont think i could take any of those

 

My buddy has a kx125 with a few mods and he absolutely smokes my brother on his stock kfx400, it isn't even close!

 

I don't see any way that a "Piped" 125 will beat a shee..........NO WAY
I out ran a rm 250 with pipe, reeds, filter, cdi, and a power piston.......( I think he said it was a vitos?) and it was on a fresh rebuild.........

 

Scary was this on a shee' or your raptor? Unless its a serious shee a 250mx bike would flat stomp a banshee. Now I know your Raptor is pretty well built, and could believe that you beat a 250 with that. But unless its a nicely built shee or raptor that 250 is gonna put the hurtin' on ya. ya thats exactly right a kx250 is puttin probably 40-50hp to the wheel i think not sure though and the banshee is in the 30s-low40s plus the kx is alot lighter. Banshee i dont think it can ppull it off .now i no that hp is not everything but this time is think the banshee will lose
