ATC 200es fouling plugs

Have a atc200es that is fouling plugs very quickly. Any hints as to why?

ATC 200es fouling plugs

A few choices: Running rich, burning oil, weak spark, old plug, plug too cold, old gas.

ATC 200es fouling plugs

well replace the Jet Needle Needle Jet in your carb that should do it
