I got my 416 running finally. I've having problems with cold starting. I keep fouling the plug out. Is there a better plug I can use to help this. I even went down on the jetting, but it still does it. I'm currently running a NGK-R.

ross and je says the colder plugs are a must with their pistons given they are higher compression than stock. list your mods, your jetting, temp, and altitude. i actually run the colder plug most of the year. when winter comes, i put in the stock plug. do you run an ignition box??

416cc JE 11:1 piston, stage 1 hotcam, port and polish, K&N filter, White Bros E-series pipe. Jetting was a 170 jet, now it's 165. This is from a dynojet jet kit. I'm not sure on altitude, but it's below 5000 feet, I'm sure. Temp between 30-50 degrees. Hope you can help
