That would have been a really hard run if it was already a little lean, worse with the altitude. Go for a run and do a plug test. IF it happens again, do a plug test right away.
If you do find its running a little lean, rejet right away to solve this problem.

the radiator is dirty.
you need to remove the side cover(left side)and use a low pressure nozzle and back flush the bottom half of the radiator unitl the water is clean.i do this after evry ride now,after experiencing this same thing.
the rincon radiator(bottom half)get alot of mud splashed on it..no big deal just make sure you clean it..
