If your brakes are strong enough to lock up you should be able to do a stoppy.

Get your weight more forward.

If your skidding your probably going to fast. I always did it in first on my Blaster. Have your weight back, and at the same time you hit the brakes, throw yourself forward. If it doesnt work at least the people watching you will get a good laugh

Get on a better surface where the ground isn't so loose. Pavement always works.

get up to a little bit of speed, squeez the breaks-BUT NOT TO MUCH!- stand up lean foward so your alomost f-ing the handlebars and push foward. dont do it too much i did it once too much and the bike went rite on its back, i jumped off in time tho.

push forward when you hit the brakes. you know how you slam your weight in the back when your doin a wheelie? well you do that but only in the front to do a stoppie.

you best bet is to start practicing in 1st or 2nd gear to get used to it. pavement works best, hover off the seat, standing about half way up. then as you go to grab a handfull of front break throw all your weight foward to compress the front suspension which will give the tires better bite and start the rotating motion of the quad. Once you get used to it it is not that hard.
