I guess if I was that good at riding wheelies. I have only gotten it to 30 and let it down. My bro can get it up well past 40.
Man, I hope I can still get it up when I'm past 40

16 horse power! Maybe in a little eletric toy but not with the big bores! There is no way that I could belive that the rincon has 16 horse power. It has about 32 if I can remember right. I dont now how this topic started but the Rincon has WAY more that 16 ponies. If the Rincon had 16 horse power it would not even be able to pull the 600pounds it wieghs inself. The Rincon has way more that 16 horses.

Dynojet got 21 rwhp on their dyno.
Highlifter tested several Rincons and got an "average" of just over 20 rwhp on their dyno.
Looks like the dynomometers are fairly consistent to me. "So you just have to ask yourself, do I feel lucky?. Well punk, do you?" (quote from Clint Eastwood movie). Actually, you have to ask yourself if you are purchasing dyno numbers, or the ATV itself. Go ride one, and if it feels too underpowered to you then do not buy it. Personally, I can ride my 16 HP Rincon faster over rough terrain than my 28 HP Grizzly, and almost the same speed as my 40 HP modded V-force, simply because the suspension is so much better on the Rincon.

I am very confident that the Rincon has way more than 16hp. It makes 36-38 at the engine. The transmission will eat up 20% of that power, just like any other automotive type transmission. That's roughly 30hp at the rear wheels. But I am going to say it's about 27-30 at least.

Dyno Jet's website on their Dynos may give you some insight as to what the rear horsepower is like on several bikes. Take a look at the graphs on their link
