possibly upgrading to 400 ex, need advise

As far as reverse goes, who needs it! For th elittles amount a person uses it, i =t's not even worth having it . And the time you do need it, just simply get list the rear end and turn it yourself. It's not that hard. The 400ex is an awsome bike, i haven't had any problems yet. I definatly recommend it! Best wheelie machine out there

I agree about reverse. Seriously how hard is it to turn your bike around yourself? If you can't lift the rear end of a 400 then you're not big enough to be riding it. About being underpowered. In stock form it is a nice quick machine. I ride only in sand and can tell you that there were hills out there in Glamis that I could not make it up. Keep in mind though that I am 200 lbs. The sand really sucks the HP and you can feel a difference. Now with my mods I can get up 99% of the stuff I try. If you get the 400 you won't be dissapointed.
