Default Change Honda Starter

I bought a 1986 Honda TRX 250 for my daughter, the starter is not working, I found a lad to rebuild but I need to take it off.
Is this a difficult task? I have limited mechanical knowledge and all the tools.

If it is anything like the other quads I have worked on it should be easier than killing a fly.

There are probably two allens holding the starter to the cases. Remove those. Pull back the electrical cord and disconnect the electrical and the starter should pull (slide towards you) out.

Are you done yet?
