Witch is fast z250 or 250ex

I have a z250 and every one is saying that the 250ex is faster but in i was seeing how fast my Z could go beside my moms Miny Van it went 50 and i was ahrley gassin it and isnt the 250ex max speed like 51 or 52 Mph

ATV Action magazine did a shootout between the two last month. The 250ex beat the Z250 on takeoff and it had an overall top speed in a drag race. The 250ex only has a 226 I think. Somewhere around there anyways.

Z250: 246cc
and yes the Z is faster

the z by about 2 mph in the top but the ex has better acceliration.

Witch is fast z250 or 250ex

The Z may have 1 or 2 more on the top end, but that is too small of a difference to care about. The EX's got better power down low anyway.
