Default big gun exhaust falling apart

I have a Honda Rincon with a Big Gun exhaust that I put on last winter. I noticed the other day that air was coming out both ends of the muffler. As I took a closer look, I noticed that the holes where the rivets fasten the end cap to the muffler are all stretched to the point where it is about to let go !!! Is this normal with Big Gun?
